IMPORTANT: Other than the dates of our many special events, the Rough and Tumble grounds are open for visitors Friday and Saturday from May through October. In addition to being open during all events, the Gift Shop is open the first Saturday of each month from 10 AM to 2 PM April through October. If you stop in during the week, you may be lucky and find someone at the entrance who has the time to take you on a quick tour, but don´t count on it. You are welcome to call the office and ask if someone can show you around on a particular date, but your success will depend on the availability of a volunteer.
