Upcoming 2011 meetings are February 7, March 7 and April 4.(directions)   Board Meetings Board of Director meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 7:30 at Rough and Tumble, (unless otherwise designated). (directions)   PA State Farm Show Exhibit For many years, the Waterloo Boys have been exhibiting several two cylinder tractors and providing information for visitors to the annual PA State Farm Show, held at the Exhibition Center in Harrisburg in January. This week long event promotes the club and the benefits of membership, sells raffle tickets, and presents an opportunity to educate the public about the characteristics that make John Deere two cylinder tractors so special. This event is an opportunity for members to share their knowledge and enthusiasm by helping to staff the club's booth at the show.   Spring Banquet and Auction The Spring Banquet and Auction is a very popular event and a great fund raiser for the club. This popular event includes great food, great socializing, and an opportunity to bid on everything from tractor parts to books, toys, Easter baskets, and many other things. The 2011 Spring Banquet and Auction will be held March 5 at the Bareville Fire Compnay, 211 E. Main Street, Leola, PA 17540.   Tech Days Tech Days are held the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at the R&T Shop (by the loading dock). Tech Days are an opportunity to bring your John Deere problems (and your tractor, if you wish) to a shop owned by a member. Members will be assessing the condition of the club's John Deere Model B. Contact Steve Koser at 717-598-3849.   John Deere Show The two day Waterloo Boys John Deere Show is a the club's biggest event, with many John Deere two cylinder tractors and various implements on display, a Parade of tractors, a very popular Tractor Pull, children's events, and opportunities to learn more of the history of John Deere two cylinder tractors. The 2010 show will be Friday July 22 and Saturday July 23. Complete details and day schedule are available here.   Christmas Banquet The Waterloo Boy Club Christmas Banquet is an extremely popular event giving members an opportunity to get together in the "off season" and enjoy fine food and entertainment and each others' company. Generally held at the Kinzers Fire Company, the date and location of the 2011 Banquet will be announced later in the year.   Rough and Tumble Events In addition to the events sponsored by the Waterloo Boys, the club's members participate in many of the fine events held by Rough and Tumble, including the Spring Pull, Spring Steam Up, Thresherman's Reunion and Time of Harvest, all but the last of which include an antique tractor pull. Many John Deere two cylinder tractors are exhibited at these events and participate in the pulls.
