  the center of the billboard
• The sign sections were laid out on the ground before starting assembly

  section up to Gary and Nevin
• Gary and Nevin screw the first panel in
• Finishing up the right half of the sign
• Dave and Steve Flick hand up the center-left section
• The two Steves carry the next section while Louie Frantz looks on
• Positioning the left section on the billboard
• It's almost done, except for the small left end panel
• The completed sign looks great!
