All of the folks who work on processing your order, from the webmaster who set up the web site to the Gift Shop manager to the mail order processing person are volunteer members of R&T. Use the index below for further information about ordering from Rough and Tumble's Gift Shop. If you have questions about our order processing that are not answered on these pages, send your questions to giftshop@roughandtumble.org .   All Orders Pennsylvania Orders US Orders except Pennsylvania International Orders   All Orders Orders are submitted via postal mail after printing and filling out the appropriate order form and enclosing payment in US dollars in the form of a bank check or money order. We do not accept credit cards or cash. Our order processor will determine the method of shipment, which will typically be US mail, Parcel Post or UPS. Except for international orders, shipping, handling and insurance charges are determined from the total merchandise value directly from a table of charges on the order form. Shipment will not take place until your instrument of payment has cleared to our account. We will attempt to keep the web catalog current to reflect out of stock items. In the event we receive an order for an out of stock item, substitutions will not be made without your approval, which will be solicited via an email to you from our order processor, who will suggest substitutions of like value. It is very important that you include your correct email address in the space provided on our order forms! U.S. Orders Except Pennsylvania Our U.S. (Non-PA) Order Form is streamlined for purchasers for all of the United States (except Pennsylvania) and its possessions (i.e., Puerto Rico). Shipments to these areas are not subject to the Pennsylvania sales tax. However, as you will see from the order form, there is an additional $2.00 shipping charge for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. possessions.   Pennsylvania Orders Except for articles of clothing, all merchandise we ship to residents of Pennsylvania is subject to Pennsylvania's 6% sales tax. Only the merchandise having item numbers beginning with the letter "C" is exempt from this tax. Our Pennsylvania Order Form provides for the entry of this sales tax.   International Orders Rough and Tumble's web site has many visitors from all over the world. We are making our Gift Shop items available to these visitors, but with an added step through which we determine the shipping, handling and insurance cost separately for each order. This is done by printing and completing the International Order Form to determine the total merchandise cost, and then emailing your country, address, email address and merchandise amount to giftshop@roughandtumble.org. Our order processor will determine the shipping, handling and insurance cost for your order and email the charge back to you. You may then complete the order form and mail it to us with your payment in the form of a check or money order in US dollars.
