NOTES:

• All operators must be members of Rough and Tumble.
• All operators must be a minimum of 10 years of age.
  
• All operators 10-15 years of age must have a guardian as a member of Rough and Tumble.
  

1. Garden tractors are to be built to manufacturing specifications.
2. The operator must be able to demonstrate they can operate the tractor safely.
3. Both front wheels shall stay in contact with the ground. Unsafe Condition will be flagged.
4. Hitch point shall be no higher than one inch below center line of rear axle and not exceeding 10 inches in height.
5. No cut tires, chains, dual wheels, or four-wheel drive garden tractors.
6. Engine shall be original make for that tractor.
7. Engine RPM shall not exceed 4000 RPM. (Tachometer will be utilized at pull to check if necessary)

1. Operators must stay seated and have one hand on steering wheel at all times
2. All weights must be securely fastened
3. The pulling committee reserves the right to reject any tractor or driver not complying with the published rules
4. The pulling committee's decisions are final
5. We want are pulls to be a safe and fun time for the spectators, pull operators, and participants. Experience indicates the necessity for establishing and publishing rules for everyone to follow to ensure that we do have a fun and safe time.
6. Tractor forward speed may not pass the flagman. Violation will cause immediate disqualification.
