Login Instructions to the new R & T Web Site
Current R & T members can Login to the member area of the Rough and Tumble web site for Additional Member Resources. Members can update their Profile for Contact Address Information, Whistle mailings (Y or N), Emails, and Volunteering interests.
If your existing R & T Profile has an email on file, it is simple to complete a Login Entry for the first time. You would enter your current email and choose forgot password the first round. The system will ask you to reenter your email and then click the submit tab.
The system will email you a Temporary Password and you will then be able to log back in with your email and temporary password to access your profile and then you may set your own unique and personal password by clicking on the Profile Tab, updating your password on 2 lines and then clicking on Submit below to save any changes you made.
If your membership is lapsed, the system will display an Expired Status and you may renew your membership Online via PayPal, complete and Mail the membership application form with check or money order to R & T, or complete the form and pay at the Gift Shop when open.
If your profile does not have an email on file and you receive an error message, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org with your email and contact information and we will enter your email so you may log in if your membership is Current this year or if you are a Lifetime member or to renew. After this is done you could sign in again putting in your email and hit the tab forgot password and the system would send you a temporary password. Log in with the temporary password and you can go to profile top right and change your password and profile. When done hit submit to save the changes.
New Members can complete the information on line using SignUp and paying for the type membership desired (Individual, Family, or Lifetime) by credit card via PayPal. New members may also complete the membership form and Mail it to Rough and Tumble or SignUp at the Gift Shop when open.
Please note: Each membership must have their own email address for the system to work properly. For instance several Lifetime members should have their own email rather than shared emails. Also a family membership (husband and wife) will go to the email on file rather than two emails.
