All Chapter 8 members are also members of the national IHCC organization. As such, members have the following benefits - "Harvester Highlights"- This publication of the national International Harvester Collectors Club, is a 50± page (glossy) quarterly magazine with color photos and articles on national and chapter club activities. Each issue includes illustrated articles of IHCC events throughout the county, plus listings of upcoming IH Shows, items wanted and for sale. The "Newsletter" of the IHCC of Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter 8 is currently published four times a year. Each issue is 10± pages covering past and future activities of the Chapter, as well as minutes of Chapter meetings and classified advertisements from Chapter members. Special Notices via post card are sent to Chapter members to communicate timely information not published in the Newsletter. Free admission and the opportunity to participate in the club's annual two day Spring Show at R&T. Voting privileges at IHCC Chapter 8 elections. How to Become a Member All members of Chapter 8 must be a member of the national IHCC and Rough and Tumble. Annual dues are $10 for Chapter 8 and $15 for the national IHCC. Ownership of a International Harvester equipment is not required for membership. New Memberships - You may download and print the Membership Application Form which is a "pdf" file available by clicking here. Complete and mail the form to the address indicated on the form. An application form is also available by writing to the club at     IHCC of SE PA     Brian F. Hess     5714 Bossler Road     Elizabethtown, PA 17022 New members may also join in person at the club's tent while attending IHCC and other events at Rough and Tumble.
